What I need to know before providing a Quote
EXACT LOCATION
This determines the time and difficulty of loading and unloading of equipment, distance from the parking,
setting the piano shell or keyboard,
stairs, elevators and hallway dimentions,
weather changes, wind, sun, etc.
DURATION OR
EXACT SECTION
Although many clients are not certain if they would like to hire a musician just for the ceremony, or cocktail hour, or reception, beyond the duration of my perfromance I need to consider the change of location, time in between, hired help cost and above all: How long will it take me to learn your selected music.

Will I be providing the piano shell

How many guests are you expecting:
there is a different sound system for guests above 90 and again a different set up needed for guests count above 300.
Will I be perfrmonig with other musicians? That includes finding the same exact music, have it bullet-proof ready, possible rehearsal time.
Will I be plaing alongside a DJ?
Do I need to provide my own backing tracks for a portion of the event?
